This very elegant and spacious 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent in Madrid's hip Malasaña area. The luxurious apartment has an entertainment room with 2 comfy chairs and a projector where you can watch movies and your favorite shows. There is also a living room with a couch and TV and a fully equipped and very stylish kitchen, which has a dining table.
Malasaña is an exciting neighbourhood full of trendy bars, unique boutiques and vibrant nightclubs. Living here you are also very central, Gran Via, the city center and many famous historical sights are within walking distance. You will find everything you need close by and there are plenty of metro stations for when you want to travel further.
What we liked the most
- The property is amazing. Stylishly decorated with lots of great furniture and details.
- There is an entertainment center with a projector, perfect for movie nights.
- The kitchen is beautiful and comes fully equipped.
- The bedroom has a double bed,a desk and a massive walk-in closet.
- The apartment is one of the city's most exciting areas, living here you will never be bored.
