This modern studio apartment spans a generous 29 m² on Calle de la Paloma, in historic La Latina. Beautifully decorated, including a TV, small but well-equipped kitchen, and double bed, this apartment has all of the essentials ready for you to move in.
This apartment is just a 7-minute walk from the Universidad Carlos II de Madrid campus. The Plaza del Campillo del Mundo is also nearby, as is the beautiful San Francisco el Grande basilica.
What we liked the most
- There is a plenty of storage in this studio apartment.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and well lit, with shower, sink and toilet.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is a small table and chairs, as well as a couch so you can relax in your apartment after a day out in Madrid.
Things to keep in mind
- Wi-Fi is not installed, so you will have to arrange this service if you require it.
- This is an interior apartment, and does not get a lot of natural light.
