This centrally located studio is move-in ready. It comes with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of storage for your belongings. Enjoy plenty of natural light and lovely views from its street-facing balcony. More than a sofa bed, the sofa converts into a real double bed - perfect for two people.
Located in the Barrio de las Letras neighborhood of the Centro district, the studio is just a few minutes on foot to main tourist attractions such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, and many others in the historic center. Wondering about the food scene? The variety of restaurants, bars, and cafes is sure to suit any craving. Wander to Plaza Santa Ana, or simply stroll down your own street - there's everything from Vietnamese to Mexican food within a 2-minute walk. What's more, the closest metro station, is just a 4-minute walk away.
