This intimate and contemporary studio is available to rent on Calle Bustamante in Madrid's southern Delicias area. The apartment opens up into a bright living area with a comfortable couch, a TV as well as a chest of drawers and some shelving for your decorations and belongings. The equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a useful breakfast bar and the studio is furnished with a double bed.
Living here you will be in an affordable, yet still central, part of Madrid where you are close to Madrid Rio, the vast and beautiful Retiro park and many fascinating museums. The streets outside the apartment are home to many small shops where you can buy your basic amenities and with the metro right around the corner you can easily connect with any part of Madrid.
What we liked the most
- There is a blind which can separate the bed area from the rest of the property.
- There is plenty of storage space in the apartment.
- The apartment is in a central but peaceful area.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building which does not have an elevator.
