This beautiful studio apartment is spacious and modern in the perfect location. The 45 square meter space is complete with a full kitchen, comfortable living area with TV and a large bathroom. The bedroom area features a king sized bed and is separated from the living room by a sliding door.
This apartment is located in the heart of Madrid, along one of the most well-known shopping streets in the city. Right out the front door of the building are lots of shops and restaurants, tapas bars and cafes. Located just behind the apartment building is the bar Fábrica Maravillas, known for its wide range of craft beer. The famous Gran Via street is less than a minute away, as well as several metro connections and markets.
What we liked the most
- The ceiling in the living area features wooden planks.
- The bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed.
- The views from the windows are wonderful, looking out over Madrid city streets.
- The decoration is modern and elegant.
