This stylish studio apartment on Calle Esperanza, in Lavapies has fashionable furnishings and a funky decor. The 35 m² property makes excellent use of space with the double bed found on a mezzanine level and intelligent furnishings. There is an equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and 1 tidy tiled bathroom.
The apartment is located in Lavapies, right in the heart of Madrid. This vibrant neighbourhood is dotted with some of the coolest bars and restaurants in town, and from this central location you will be within walking distance of the best this magical city has to offer.
What we liked the most
- The neighbourhood is very central and within walking distance from Sol.
- The apartment very stylish, and has a heap of charm.
- The apartment is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
- The kitchen is compact but well equipped and has a microwave.
- The apartment makes great use of space.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no oven, however there is a microwave.
- At the time of our visit the washing machine and air conditioning unit had not been installed. Both will be installed before the tenant moves in.
