This 4th floor studio apartment to rent on Calle Palma is perfect for one or two tenants. There is a cozy, no-fuss simplicity to the space, which might be exactly what you’re looking for in an apartment. Entering the front door, you find yourself in a hallway with the bathroom to the left. There is a window here, as well as shelves, and you can enjoy the full bathtub. At the end of the hall, you enter into the living space, which has a street-view window and is furnished with two double beds, a TV and shelving units. The equipped kitchen is right off of this room. It includes a washing machine, ceramic hotplate, microwave and a comfy table for two.
With a multitude of restaurants, theaters, concert halls, and museums just around the corner, you might never find the time to leave the Malasaña neighborhood to explore the rest of Madrid. This is a fantastic part of town for anyone who loves food, arts, and keeping busy. The Conde Duque Cultural Center and the Modern Art Museum are just 5 minutes away and you can reach the Liria Palace and gardens within 10 minutes. The bustling Dod de Mayo Square is just a 3-minute walk away, and if you’re looking for a peaceful nature escape, Oeste Park and Sabatini gardens are less than a 12-minute stroll.
