This stylish studio apartment on Calle Carranza, in Malasaña, is beautifully decorated and comes equipped with AC. The exterior property is fully furnished and has a well-equipped kitchen, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a double bed on a mezzanine level.

Malasaña is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid. The lively area is home to trendy bars, Spanish and international restaurants, and all your essential amenities such as banks, pharmacies and supermarkets.

What we liked the most

The apartment receives good natural light.
Having the bed on a mezzanine level makes very good use of space.
There is a dining table, TV, and comfortable double sofa.
Javier the homechecker told us that he really loved this property.
The lively San Ildefonso market is a short walk away.
You will find a movie theatre and Corte Ingles shopping mall nearby.

Things to keep in mind

There is no elevator, and the apartment is on the 6th floor.
The kitchen does not have an oven or dishwasher, but there is a microwave and electric stove.
