This cozy studio apartment on Calle Mediodía Grande, in La Latina, is fully furnished and equipped with central AC. The 40 m² property is furnished with a double bed, sofa bed, and has a kitchen with all the essentials. The bathroom is modern and beautifully tiled.
The apartment boasts a fantastic location in La Latina, within walking distance of the city centre. Mercado de la Cebada and the Royal Palace are a short walk away, and you will find theatres, bars, art galleries, and restaurants nearby, so you cannot get bored!
What we liked the most
- The apartment is quiet, while being centrally located.
- There is a dining table with 4 chairs, so you can have some friends over for a meal.
- The bathroom offers good storage space for toiletries and towels.

- There are numerous tapas bars and restaurants nearby.
- You can walk to Sol in 15 minutes.
