This studio apartment on Calle Lagasca, in the Salamanca neighbourhood, is fully furnished for a comfortable stay. The main room of this interior property has an AC unit, double bed, sofa and a television. There is also a kitchen corner with some essentials to prepare your meals, as well as a nicely tiled bathroom.
This elegant and well-connected neighbourhood will make an excellent place to call home in Madrid. You can get to 4 different Metro stations within a 10-minute walk, and Paseo de la Castellana and El Retiro park are also within walking distance.

- The apartment is simply yet nicely decorated.
- There is AC and heating to keep you comfortable throughout the year.
- There is good storage space for your personal items.
- Salamanca is considered one of the best areas to live in Madrid.
- The apartment is close to transport and amenities.
