This colourful studio apartment with 1-bathroom has a 26 m² footprint on Calle de la Ribera de Curtidores in La Latina. There is a double bed, as well as a kitchen with a full-sized refrigerator and purple bench top. The bathroom has colourful tiles as well as a toilet, shower and sink.
The San Fernando Market is just over a 5-minute walk away, while the Puerta de Toledo is around 10-minutes. There are also a few restaurants and bars within walking distance, and there is a supermarket just down the street.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
- There is a rangehood in the kitchen, so the smells from cooking won't linger in the apartment.
- The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: Campus Madrid - Puerta de Toledo is within a 10-minute walk.
