This fantastic 20 m² studio apartment is for rent on Calle de la Primavera, in Lavapiés. The double bed is located up a ladder in a loft, while the combined living area and kitchen are well-equipped with modern appliances including TV and microwave.
The San Fernando market is only a 5-minute walk away, and there is also a pharmacy and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby as well. The Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía and Real Jardín Botánico are both within walking distance, and are great places to explore.
What we liked the most
- The Universidad Carlos III de Madrid: Campus Madrid - Puerta de Toledo is within a 15-minute walk.
- The apartment is close to public transport.
- The bathroom is modern and colourful with a shower, toilet and sink.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
Things to keep in mind
- The refrigerator is half-sized but suitable for 1-2 people.
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
