This modern studio apartment on Calle Ponce de León, Almagro & Trafalgar, is a well-decorated, open-plan apartment. The 30 m² property has a kitchen with coffee machine, microwave and washing machine, as well as a bathroom to the side of the apartment.
The surrounding area has a wide variety of restaurants, cafés and bars, and the Iglesia Metro station, servicing line 1, is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment. There are also museums, cinemas and supermarkets nearby.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is modern and well-decorated.
- The kitchen is well-furnished, with everything you need to cook.
- The apartment is very close to several Metro stations, making it easy to get around.
- There is a mezzanine level which you could use as additional storage space.
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment doesn't get much natural light, however there are plenty of artificial lights.
- There is no Wi-Fi installed, so you will have to arrange this if you need it.
