This stylish studio apartment has a 30 m² footprint on Calle de Barbieri in Chueca. This apartment has a small but functional kitchen with a microwave, sink and 2-burner stove, as well as a full-sized refrigerator. The studio also has a sofa, TV and a double bed in the same space.
For the food-lover, Mercado de San Antón is within a 5-minute walk, and there are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well. If you're in Madrid to find a bit of culture, you'll love the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum and Círculo de Bellas Artes art gallery, both of which are within a 10-minute walk of this apartment.

- The apartment is close to public transport so you can easily explore everything Madrid has to offer.
- The bathroom is small but modern with a shower, sink and toilet.
- This apartment has a cute balcony.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is AC to keep you cool in the summer months.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no washing machine or dryer in this apartment, but there is a laundromat around a 10-minute walk away.
- The hot water is limited, and only enough at one time for a shower.
