This studio apartment on Calle de Luciente, in La Latina is nice and cozy and fully furnished. The 15 m² property is thoughtfully decorated throughout, and makes excellent use of the limited space with a small living area, a compact equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, a double bed, and bathroom.
The apartment is located in La Latina, a trendy spot with an excellent nightlife. This central spot is a great place to base yourself in Madrid and is within walking distance of some of the city's most iconic spots. The metro is close by, so getting out and exploring is a breeze.

- From this spot in La Latina, you're just a short stroll to Sol, the centre of the city.
