This studio apartment on Calle de Sagasta, in Trafalgar is modern, fully furnished, and in a great location. The 22 m² property has lovely polished wooden floors, an equipped kitchen, a stylishly tiled bathroom, and a nice little balcony. The studio utilises a sofa-bed to make full use of the limited space.

The apartment is located in Trafalgar, an excellent spot just north of the city centre. From here you will be within easy reach of some of the best nightlife spots in the city. You'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants and bars, and several Metro stations are close by, so getting around is a breeze.

What we liked the most

Trafalgar is an excellent spot, and close to happening barrios like Chueca and Malasaña.
The apartment features lovely polished wooden floors.
This studio is compact, but has utilises a sofa bed to make the best use of the limited space.
Heating and A/C is installed.
The kitchen is fully quipped and has a microwave and oven.
The kitchen has a full-sized fridge.
