An incredible studio apartment with AC is available to rent in Guindalera. The apartment has a gorgeous main room, where you'll find a stylish sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a large double bed, and plenty of storage space for all your things. The kitchen has all the essentials, including a retro-style fridge, an oven, a 2-burner stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a cool bar table.
The bathroom is also modern, with a sizable shower, a heated towel rack, and lovely tiling. You'll also have access to an incredible common patio in the building, where you can spend warm days under the sun.
You'll be living in Guindalera, a well-connected neighborhood to the north of Madrid's city center. You'll find everything you could want around the neighborhood, with lots of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops nearby. And, with a Metro station just a short walk from your doorstep, you'll never be far from the fun in Madrid!

- You'll have access to an enormous common patio-- perfect for getting some fresh air on sunny days!
