This charming studio on Calle de las Naves, in Arganzuela, is stylishly decorated and ideal for a single person or a couple. The 43 m² property has a combined living and sleeping area with a sofa bed and a kitchen corner with all the essentials to cook. There is also a modern bathroom, plenty of storage space, and central air conditioning.
The studio enjoys an excellent location, close to the city centre and just around the corner from the beautiful riverside park of Madrid Rio. This lovely area offers several restaurants and cafes to explore, and is well-connected by public transport to the rest of the city.
What we liked the most
- The studio makes very good use of the existing space, with a sofa-bed which can be used to watch television during the day.
- The kitchen is well-equipped, including a microwave oven.
- There is a window that lets in natural light.
- The studio is beautifully decorated and cozy.
- There is a sunny dining area as well as a desk with a chair where you can work.
- Madrid Rio offers an excellent venue to exercise outdoors or simply relax by the river.
- You will find supermarkets and shops nearby.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dishwasher in the kitchen.
- There is rooftop swimming pool available to use from June to mid-September
