A modern studio apartment is available to rent near the Metro in Usera. The apartment has a sunny main room, where you can relax on the cozy couch, or sit down to a delicious meal at the dining table. The kitchen has all the basics, including a microwave, a small stove, a washing machine, and a large fridge-freezer. The bedroom is tastefully divided from the main room, and it is well-furnished with a large double bed and plenty of storage space for all your things. In the bathroom, you'll find a sizable shower and cool, black-and-white checkered tiling.
You'll be living in Usera, a well-connected neighborhood just to the south of Madrid's city center. Around the area, you'll find plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and parks to enjoy. And, with a Metro station nearby, you'll never be far from anything in Madrid!
