This cozy studio apartment on Calle Velarde, in Malasaña is fully furnished to accommodate 1 tenant. The main room offers a combined living, sleeping area and kitchen with a double bed, television, and a table with 1 chair. There is also modern bathroom with a shower, and a balcony that overlooks the charming street below.
The apartment boasts an excellent central location, close to the Gran Via, Plaza Mayor, and many of the city's most well-known attractions. This lively area is also very well connected by public transport, and you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to finding somewhere to dine out.
