This huge studio apartment to rent on Calle del Olmo is on the 1st floor. It’s an ideal apartment for professionals or postgraduate students. Close to the front door is a toilet room. The bathroom and open-concept living and sleeping areas are down the hall. There is a staircase to the mezzanine level, where you’ll find a double bed. On the lower floor is a slightly raised living and dining area. The equipped kitchen is off to the side in another room. It’s bright and includes a washing machine.
Enjoy a diverse range of cuisines? You’ll be able to taste a bit of Africa and Asia in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés. There are plenty of tapas bars, too. And don’t worry about overeating, because you can dance it off at nearby nightclubs. Everything you need from banks to grocery stores are close to home. And the area is a lively spot with tons of theaters. Casa Patas Flamenco Theater and Teatro Nuevo Apolo are less than 5 minutes away.
