This 30 m² studio apartment available to rent is located in the central district of Lavapiés. The studio has high ceilings and a mezzanine floor, which makes it feel much bigger. Upstairs, you have the double bed and plenty of space to add small storage units. On the main floor, there is a living room area, dining table for 2, and kitchen corner with a 2-buner electric stove, microwave, and washing machine.
On Calle Calvario, you are in a very central location by the lively Lavapiés and La Latina neighborhoods. This is the place to live if you enjoy having shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance. With so much variety nearby, it may be hard to leave. But when you do, you are very well-connected by several Metro lines.
What we liked the most
- The mezzanine floor allows for lots of extra space.
- There are also high ceilings.

- You have 24/7 shops close by – convenient.
Things to keep in mind
- The landlady may be able to provide a TV. Please speak with her directly.
