This cosy studio apartment on Calle Cava Baja, in La Latina, has a combined sleeping and living area with a double bed, seating area, and television. The 30 m² property also has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and storage space for your toiletries.
The apartment is located in one of the most vibrant streets in Madrid, packed with restaurants and bars. Puerta del Sol is 10 minutes away, and the Metro stops nearby to take you to other parts of the city.
What we liked the most
- You will find some of the best restaurants in Madrid right outside your doorstep.
- The kitchen is equipped with all the basics to cook.
- There is also a washing machine so you can take care of your laundry at home.
- The windows are equipped with darkening blinds for a comfortable sleep.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no AC in the apartment.
- There is only a half-refrigerator.
