This simple studio apartment to rent on Calle de Lagasca is on the 1st floor. It has a window, but faces the interior patio, so it doesn’t get a lot of light. However, the open-concept space is roomy and charming. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The bathroom has a small tub and a washing machine. The main area has plenty of storage for your clothes, and it’s furnished with a double bed, 2-seat dining table, a sofa and TV. Additionally, this apartment has air conditioning.
Your new apartment is located in the posh neighborhood of Salamanca. You are 10 minutes away from the sprawling and gorgeous El Retiro Park, and several minutes from Plaza de Colón. The IE Business School is a 20-minute walk away and you’re a 30 minute walk from the city center. All around your new home are designer boutiques, malls and department stores. However, you’re also close to museums, theaters, cinemas and some great restaurants.
