This 1-bedroom apartment for rent provides a very cozy and comfortable home for students. The bedroom comes fully furnished and feels bigger than it is with the attached balcony. The balcony's size makes it a great place to have meals and just sit back and relax. If it's too cold to be outdoors, don't worry, because the kitchen also doubles as a dining area with a retro bar table with stools.
Located in the neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, the apartment is in the perfect location for shopaholics, as this area is home to one of Milan's most popular shopping streets. Not only do you have all the shops you can imagine, but you are also well connected to the rest of the city by all the usual does methods of transportation.
What we liked the most
- The balcony is attached to the bedroom, so it receives plenty of light.
- The balcony comes with a small table and chairs, but can easily fit more seating.
- The corridor's shelving provides extra storage, so you maximise the space you have.
- The bathroom is spacious and elegant, with a beautiful bathtub.
- The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove and oven.
- This is a great apartment for students, located near Politecnico di Milano University.
