This bright and cheerful 1-bedroom apartment is available to rent on Via Filippo Palizzi, in Villapizzone. The apartment has a spacious living area with a sofa and a dining table. This area also has some storage, and access to the balcony, which is large and bright, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the sun. The kitchen is small, but well equipped, and includes a gas oven and stove, and also has space for the washing machine. The bathroom currently has just a bath, but a shower will be installed above. TheRe is also a washbasin, bidet and toilet. The bedroom is large and bright, and has a lot of storage.

Villapizzone is a residential district, that has good transport options to the rest of the city. As well as several tram routes nearby, there are train stations on the main commuter routes, and lots of buses. The large Parco Franco Verga is also nearby, where you can relax on a sunny day. You can find shops, including grocery stores, on the nearby main roads.

What we liked the most

You will have a large, bright balcony with plenty of room to relax in the sun.
There is parking included with this apartment, so even without using public transport, getting around will be easy.
There is a Penny Market grocery store just opposite the apartment.
Public transport from the area offers lots of options, if you decide to leave the car at home.
