This bright, contemporary 1-bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with a balcony is available to rent in a recently constructed building close to Milan Politecnico. The 86 m² property includes good security and also includes Wi-Fi and AC. With 3 single beds in the upstairs bedroom, and 2 pull out sofa-beds in the living room, plus a large dining table, modern kitchen, and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of space for several people to share this apartment.
In the vicinity you find many shops, restaurants and bars; Piazza Bausan is about 150 meters away. You will also be very close to Milan Politecnico, the building of which has sparked urban renewal in the area, creating a modern, trendy, and desirable place to live.
What we liked the most
- We've always been fans of a spiral staircase. There's just something so cute about them!
- Summer will be a joy here, with AC to cool down inside, and 2 balconies to relax in the warmth outside.
- With 2 bathrooms, 3 single beds, and a double sofa-bed, there is plenty of space for several friends and their guests to live here.
- It is just a couple of minute's walk to Piazza Giovanni Bausan, where you can find plenty of local shops and restaurants.
