This 65 m², 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Città Studi has a fully equipped kitchen, with a cosy dining area with room for 4 people. The living room has plenty of seating space, a sofa bed and access to a balcony with a pleasant view of the neighbourhood. The bedroom has twin beds, which you can always push together to make a double bed.
The property is on Via Gaetano, very close to universities (Politecnico di Milano, among others), shops, and public transport. The streets outside are open and have a lively feel and you are not far from the beautiful Giardini Pubblici Indro Montanelli.
What we liked the most
- The property has 2 desks, allowing more than one person to work or study at once.
- The location is in a very exciting and vibrant student area where there are multiple fun things to do in the evenings.
- The bedroom and living room both have large windows, making them naturally bright.
- The apartment has both air conditioning, so you can escape the heat, and a sunny balcony where you can enjoy it.
