Spotahome's opinion
This apartment has been completely renovated, and has brand new furnishings and fittings throughout. The 75 m², 2-bedroom apartment has spacious rooms, and is well equipped. Each of the rooms has twin beds, pushed together to make doubles, and lots of shelving and wardrobe space.
The area is mostly residential, and is ideal for students at the nearby Bovisa campus of Politecnico di Milano, and who want a more peaceful environment to study in. There's a large park to relax in the sun just a minute away, and when you want to visit a busier area, for a night out, restaurants, or a bit of shopping, Porta Garibaldi is just one station away on the train.
What we liked the most
- You won't need to worry about old, worn furnishings, as everything in this apartment was brand new when we visited, much of it still in boxes or plastic wrap!
- The kitchen is spacious, and really well equipped. It will be a pleasure to cook in.
- You will shower in a spacious cubicle, with a rainfall shower head – the ultimate in relaxation.
- If you don't want to go to Porta Garibaldi, there's shopping closer to home, including a large shopping centre – Centro Commerciale Il Portello – about a 15-minute walk away.
