A colourful, stylish 2-bedroom apartment is available to rent in the neighbourhood of Borgo Degli Ortolani. This apartment is deluxe - it has a balcony, AC, a washing machine and dryer, and a parking space that is included in the rent. The living room is spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher.
The apartment is situated in a prime location, on Viale Elvezia. You will be living next to the Sforzesco Palace and Sempione Park. You can walk to the city centre in under 20 minutes, and Moscova metro station is 7 minutes from the apartment.
What we liked the most
- This apartment is decorated with colourful, stylish furniture.
- The rooms are very spacious, and are furnished with elegant wooden floorboards.
- AC is installed - this is very useful for summer.
- The kitchen has a practical dishwasher.
- The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer - you can do all of your laundry from home.
- There is a balcony which is attached to the living room.
- You will be living next to Sempione Park, and just 20 minutes from the famous Duomo.
Things to keep in mind
- The bedrooms do not have heating units.
- Bedroom 1 does not have a traditional wardrobe, but it has a rail with hangers.
