A gorgeous, 55 m², 1-bedroom apartment with a balcony is available to rent in Cittá Studi, Milan. The property is sunny, and it has a sizable balcony which is off of the kitchen. The kitchen has everything you might need, including a dining table with chairs, a big fridge-freezer, an oven, a stove, and lots of counter space. The bathroom is practical, and it has a fun blue color and a small built-in storage area. The apartment also has a small storage space, where you will find a laundry room with the washing machine.
Found in the lively area of Cittá Studi, you will be living close to many of the city's universities and will have a large variety of restaurants and bars in your neighbourhood. The streets outside your house are full of tall and beautiful buildings and you have a number of small and charming shops close by.
