Spotahome's opinion
This classy and stylish, modern apartment is available to rent on Via Federico Ozanam in the Buenos Aires area of Milan. This is a renovated apartment in an old building, giving you the best of both worlds. While the furnishings and fittings are totally contemporary, spotless and trendy, you also benefit from the high ceilings and big, tall windows of a bygone era. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom, which has 2 double beds, will have sole use of the second. Throughout, the apartment is immaculately decorated, with panache and confidence.
If there is one thing Milan is known for, it's fashion. Buenos Aires is most definitely part of that tradition. The apartment is just a couple of minute's walk from Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping streets of the city, and except for Quadrilatero della Moda, it's the place to be for fashion in the city. What's more, the Metro is nearby, and there are some excellent restaurants in the area too.
What we liked the most
- We think the big living room is perfect for hosting a get together. And the kitchen is not separated so you won't have to abandon your guests to cook.
- The bathrooms – particularly the en-suite – are very contemporary. Both have rainfall style showers too.
- Just because the area is known for shopping doesn't mean there's nothing else to do. Try out some excellent small-batch wines at Cidro, just down the street.
- We know it can't all be high fashion and alcohol though. Luckily there are several supermarkets and other day-to-day stores locally too.
