This 2-bedroom basement apartment is available to rent on Via Privata Filippo Tommaso Marinetti in Turro. The apartment is beautifully renovated, and completely modern. Although a basement apartment, it is quite bright, lit by lots of windows in the main living area. There is a separate, lockable laundry room outside of the main door.
Located in the north east of Milan, this area is quite residential, but the apartment is just moments from Via Padova, where you'll find all the services you need, including a Pam supermarket to a bakery, a pharmacy, and a pasticceria all within a couple of minute's walk.
What we liked the most
- You might never want to leave the bathroom with a shower like that! Hydromassage, chromotherapy, rainfall shower head... you'll be so relaxed you might melt.
- The complex has security, so the apartment is very safe.
- You have your own entrance, with lots of space for parking.
- There are 2 lovely parks nearby; Parco Trotter, which has tree-shaded paths, ideal for a jog, or a stroll on a sunny afternoon, and Marco Martiri delle Libertà, which borders the nearby canal.
- There's a bowling alley just a minute's walk from the house. Who doesn't like bowling?
Things to keep in mind
- Although this is a basement apartment, most of it is very bright. However, bedroom 2 doesn't get much daylight, and will need lights most of the time.
- The couch, TV stand, and portable electric oven seen in the photos and video belong to the current tenant, and will be taken with them when they leave. However, a replacement couch and TV stand will be provided.
