This adorable and unique 1-bedroom apartment is a great place to call home. The dining and living room area has a wooden dining table with a fantastic wrap-around, pub-style bench seat and three other chairs. There is also a sofa, which can be converted into a bed. The large window overlooks the interior courtyard and allow natural sunlight to fill this space. In this room, you also have a mezzanine level which can be converted into an extra bedroom or office space, as you prefer. The bedroom has a sofa that folds out into a double bed.
This apartment is in a great location. It is only a 10-minute walk from the popular tourist attraction, the Garegnano Charterhouse. You can walk to the nearest supermarket in just five minutes. This apartment is well-connected with the city centre thanks to its close proximity to public transportation, such as the tramway line 1. For example, on this line you can reach Arco della Pace in just 20 minutes!
What we liked the most
- The mezzanine areas in the living room and bedroom are great feature that offer character, as well as extra living and/or storage space.
- The rustic wooden furniture and features give this apartment a very cosy and homey feeling.
- The windows in this apartment overlook an interior courtyard, which offers natural sunlight while avoiding street noise.

- Sleeping area is loft-style and requires climbing a ladder.
