This 1-bedroom apartment is very spacious and unique. The living room area is on a raised level, with a large and comfortable sectional sofa. The living room and kitchen receive plenty of natural sunlight that comes in through the high windows, making this a bright space even though it is located in the basement of the building. There is also a flat-screen television with a large stereo system for your entertainment.
You will find plenty of amenities within walking distance of this apartment. For instance, there is a health club just a 1-minute walk from home for the fitness enthusiasts. There is even a bowling alley that you can walk to in 2 minutes. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants and bars that you can walk to, so you will never lack for things to do.
What we liked the most
- This is a fantastic apartment with contemporary decorations.
- Another great feature is the coat room at the entrance, where you can keep your jackets and shoes out of the way.
- The large windows throughout the apartment make it bright and warm, even though it is in the basement.
