Spotahome's opinion
This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Rogoredo is located in an older building. All of the rooms fan out from the entrance hallway. To the right of the door is a fair-sized kitchen with a window and modern-looking cupboards with lots of counter space. It’s furnished with a 2-seat table and cabinet and is equipped with some dishes. Recently renovated, the bright bathroom has a shower stall, and you’ll find the washing machine here too. The bedroom is very spacious with tons of drawers and a big wardrobe for clothing. You get some natural light into the room from a small balcony that overlooks the interior courtyard. There isn’t a living room, but there is a large storage closet in case you need extra space for personal items, or even a bike.
You aren’t too close to downtown in the Rogoredo neighborhood. However, it only takes about a half hour to get to the city center from your new apartment. If you drive, then you have the convenience of the Raccordo Autostrada del Sole, A1 and A51 highways nearby. Taking the A51 gets you to the Milan Linate Airport in roughly 5 minutes and there is a gas station right across the street from you. There are also a half dozen restaurants within 300 meters of your new home. The Communal Sports Center facilities and park are just 12 minutes away. Just beyond this green space you’ll find a Metro Cash and Carry, as well as a Lidl hypermarket.
What we liked the most
- The apartment doesn’t have a living room, but the bedroom is really big and has a balcony.
- There are several restaurants and a McDonald’s within a 10-minute walk.
- It’s easy to catch the metro downtown, and the airport is only 5 minutes away if you drive.
- There is a bike sharing station and a gym located at the edge of the Communal Sports Center.
