This 6th floor, 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in a contemporary residential building complex in Sarpi. The modern apartment not only feels new but comes fully equipped and has a private balcony, which you can access from the living room and bedroom. The main room is an open-plan kitchen and living room that is great for entertaining. The bedroom is also well-sized and comes with a double bed and plenty of storage.
On Piazza Antonio Gramsci, you are located right outside the city center in the Sarpi district. Sarpi is better known as Milan's Chinatown full of Asian restaurants, grocery stores, and traditional decor down the lovely Via Paolo Sarpi. However, the location is also perfect, well-connected by bus, tram and metro and within walking distance to the city's lush Parco Sempione. Living here, you will have everything you need, and more, at your doorstep.

- The balcony is quite spacious and a great place to enjoy sunny days.
