This 1-bedroom apartment to rent on Via Santa Maria Valle is located on the 1st floor. You don’t need to worry about an elevator, but there is one just in case you need it. The apartment corridor flows into the open-concept kitchen living and dining room. It has gorgeous floors and sunny windows all around. The gorgeous modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher. The rest of the space is furnished with a comfy sofa, TV and 4-seat dining table. The bathroom has a washing machine and a large shower. And the comfy bedroom also has a window, as well as a large wardrobe and a wall-mounted TV.
You are only a 10-minute walk from the very center of the city, which means the whole of Milan is at your fingertips. In the opposite direction, you can reach the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in 12 minutes. Within the same amount of time, you can see the Ruins of the Circo Romano, Colonne di San Lorenzo, and other historical sites. Entertainment isn’t far either. Reach the Vetra Theater in a few minutes walking. Cocktail bars, cafés and restaurants are practically on your doorstep, and you can shop at the nearby Carrefour Express. Don’t worry about green space: Giovanni Paolo II Park is just 7 minutes away!
