This modern 1-bedroom apartment for rent in Bovisa is newly renovated and very modern and spacious. The 50 m² property has an open-plan living area and kitchen, a separate laundry area, double bedroom and bathroom.
Bovisa is home to the Politecnico di Milano, with a couple of different campuses within 10-minutes walking distance of this property. There are also a couple of parks nearby, as well as restaurants and libraries.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is recently renovated, and very modern.
- The kitchen and living area are open plan, and very spacious.
- There is a lot of natural light in the apartment.
- The bedroom has plenty of storage space.
- The bathroom is very modern, and very clean.
- The washing machine has it's own space in the corridor between rooms of the apartment, freeing up space in the kitchen.
Things to keep in mind
- There is street parking available, but this is a paid service and if you require it you will need to discuss long-term rent and deposit with the landlord.
