Located in the Città Studi area, this property is just a 2-minute walk from the Milan Polytech Colombo Campus, making this the ideal location for students. Right in the heart of Milan, this property has easy access to public transport, and you can quickly and easily get into the city centre.
What we liked the most
- The living room is very spacious, with a large sofa and television, as well as a table and chairs.
- The kitchen is newly built.
- The main bathroom is equipped with a large shower, and the washing machine.
- The balcony, which can be accessed from the living room and kitchen, overlooks the interior patio below, and is very private.
- The bedrooms both have plenty of storage space, and bedroom 2 has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
- The apartment is very close to a number of university campuses, as well as the city centre.
