This contemporary 55 m² 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment is for rent on Via Carlo Alberto dalla Chiesa in Rozzano. The bedroom is spacious and has a double bed, while the combined kitchen and living room are well-equipped with modern appliances including a dishwasher so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up, and a TV.
This apartment is located outside of the city centre, so if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle this is the place to be. You aren't going to go without the essentials, however, as there are a few restaurants and shops within a 15-minute walk. The Municipal Park 1 is also nearby and is a great space to relax or get some exercise.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is close to public transport, so if you need to get to the centre of Milan you can do so in around an hour by Metro and bus.
- This apartment has a large balcony which can be accessed through the combined living room and kitchen.
- The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, toilet and sink and is also where you will find the washing machine.
- The kitchen comes with everything you need to cook including plates and pots.
- There is heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
Things to keep in mind
- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer so clothes will need to be hung up to dry.
