This lovely 1-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in a new and modern building complex in Milan's Sarpi district. The 56 m² property is on the 4th floor with a large balcony overlooking the charming interior courtyard. Upon entering, you have an open-plan kitchen and living room with a couch, dining table, TV, and fully equipped cooking corner. The bedroom also opens up onto the balcony and there is a spacious and modern bathroom.
Sarpi, also known as Milan's Chinatown, is a charming and lively district. On Piazaale Cimitero Monumentale, you are near a Metro stop and several tram stops that can take you into the city center in just 20 minutes. But, with Via Paolo Sarpi as part of you neighborhood, you have plenty of shopping options nearby.

- There is a spacious balcony.
- There are AC units, necessary for summer.
- You have access to a gym and have parking available.
