This 40 m² apartment available for rent in Sempione is modern with a stylish decor. Upon entering, you have a cozy, open-plan kitchen and living room with a sofa, desk, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is compact but has an oven, a dishwasher, and a microwave. You'll also find a lovely and spacious bathroom, as well as a comfortable bedroom with plenty of storage.
The apartment is in a wonderful location, situated next to the Sempione Park. It's a 30-minute stroll to the center. Although it isn't right in the center of the city, it's still a historical and authentic area. Avoid mobs of crowds here and live life like a real Italian. On your street, you will find plenty of supermarkets and restaurants, such as Ciripizza. Via Canonica Via Sarpi bus stop is close by and serves lines 43 & 47.

- The balcony provides you with your own outdoor terrace. It's perfect for dinner parties!
- The apartment has a quirky feel, making it unique!
- You'll love cooking pasta in the small, but convenient kitchen.
- The location doesn't get any better. It's authentic, yet central!
