This 50 m², 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Città Studi is perfect for postgraduates student or professionals. The apartment feels new and modern with light colored wood flooring, white decor, and plenty of natural light. The bedroom is a a spacious room with plenty of storage and a lounge area. The main room is the combined kitchen and living room that creates a cozy space to relax and entertain.
Città Studi is the perfect student hub, close to the Politecnico di Milano campus and several University of Milan departments. You are also surrounded by plenty of basic amenities for the day-to-day, such as grocery stores, ice cream shops, restaurants, and pharmacies. When you are ready to venture out, you are also well-connected by bus and Metro.
What we liked the most
- The apartment feels clean and modern.
- We love the bookshelf and reading corner.
- The bedroom has standalone wardrobes that cover an entire wall.
- There is a grocery store right across the street – convenient!
- You are a 10-minute walk away form Politecnico di Milano.
