This ground floor is open space in a red brick building. Light fills the apartment from its large windows. The eat-in kitchen is modern and linear, and the bedroom can be used with a double bed or two twin beds. The bathroom is in black and white, while the second bedroom is very small. Crates of Monte Rossa wine have been used as nightstands, for a unique touch. #The neighborhood Near Naviglio Grande, known for its trendy restaurants and bars, a lovely walk along the canal will lead guests to the new Darsena, recently renovated. Spurred by the EXPO 2015, a number of children's activities and other cultural and musical events have been organized, giving guests the perfect chance to discover Milan and its organizations. The MM green line stops at Porta Genova, only 100 meters away.

The month you move in and the month you move out, you will only pay for the days that you have booked.
Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
