Intimate and cozy apartment in a stable with a bohemian atmosphere. The apartment maintains the typical original wooden elements, the parquet and exposed beams of the ceiling, and combines bright colors with custom-made furnishings inspired by the classic pieces of Italian design and more. The Corso Garibaldi district is full of life day and night, connecting the new Downtown with the center, there are excellent restaurants and historical places, such as the Radetzky or Mascatelli for an aperitif in full Milanese style. A stone's throw from the apartment is the Brera district with its Pinacoteca and the Accademia d'Arte.

Landlord policies
- Upon confirmation of the booking, the payment of initial and final cleaning up as well as the payment of the deposit equal to one month's rent is required. The security deposit the landlord will give you back at the end of your stay no later than 30 business days from your check-out date
- It is mandatory to apply for a valid Italian Tax Code (Codice Fiscale) in order to sign the rental agreement. You can apply for one by contacting your local Consulate, or by going to the Italian Revenue Office (Agenzia delle Entrate)
- The monthly rent includes all utilities based on normal use; if you exceed the usage of gas and electricity, the extras will be deducted from your deposit. Details will be specified in the rental agreement
- Internet wi-fi, water, building expenses and contract registration costs are included in the rental price
- If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you just need to inform the landlord by giving a notice period of 21 days
- Check-in time: Every day between 3pm to 9pm
- Check-out time: by 11am
