A modern two bedroom apartment with one bathroom. With exciting design elements throughout, this interior apartment offers an attractive living space with a focus on comfort and relaxation. Equipped with all the amenities you would want in a home, including central heating, air-conditioning, a TV, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and bed linen, this home is a great option for couples or small families. It is located on via Giovanni Arrivabene, a quiet street in the neighborhood of Bovisa, within close proximity to two supermarkets, pubs, stores and the Politecnico di Milano.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is superbly decorated. We specially like the detail of the textured concrete wall located as you enter the apartment, adding an edgy design element to an overall delicate and warm style.
- The attractive mix of parquet and stone flooring adds to the charm and uniqueness of the apartment.
- The living area is an ideal space for relaxing, with a sofa placed in front of a TV, and soft natural lighting filtering in via the full length windows that look over a courtyard.
- Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a heating unit and a huge wardrobe.
- The bathroom is modern, and is equipped with a bathtub with a shower above, a toilet, a sink and a bidet.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchen is small, but in it you will find sufficient equipment to cook your own meals, including a gas stove, an oven and a microwave.
- The apartment is interior and very silent, facing a courtyard rather than the street.
- Bedroom 1 is small, and is furnished only with a single bed and a chest of drawers. There is no wardrobe, heating unit or window.
