This is a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located about 15km outside of Milan center and 8km away from Rho in the neighborhood of San Pietro All'olmo. The flat is on the ground floor of the building and tenants will have an option to use the parking garage located underneath via elevator. The apartment itself receives plenty of light from the interior courtyard, which is beautiful and full of flowers. The living room is very big and would be a wonderful space for tenants to entertain their friends over for a party! Being situated in a residential neighborhood, the flat is quiet and allows tenants to relax after a long day at work. This property measuring 100m2 in total area is ideal for those who prefer to live in a calm area.
What we liked the most
- The property is conveniently located and you can get to both Milan and Rho via the many bus routes, but enjoying the quiet of a smaller town.
- The living room is very big and has a comfy sofa, a dining table and a big screen TV.
- The apartment looks out over a beautiful interior green courtyard filled with bushes and flowers.
- There are two extra beds in the living room, so your friends can stay over any time they like!
- The property has both a washing machine and a dryer, so tenants will have no excuse not to have clean clothes!
Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is on the ground floor, but is located and a safe area and the windows have protective bars on the outside just in case.
- There is no window in the bathroom, but it has a very powerful vent.
