A modern, couple friendly 1 bedroom apartment available to rent in Loreto. Close to both the city center and the beautiful Parco Trotter, Loreto has some of the city's best pizzerias and the famous Corso Buenos Aires for shopping. The apartment is recently renovated and comfortably furnished, with parquet floors, high ceilings, and modern amenities. The fully equipped kitchen features a new refrigerator, oven, washing machine, and expresso machine. The bedroom is incredibly spacious and sunny, with a luxurious king bed and large flat screen television. Its modern comforts and central location make this apartment is great option for couples, students, or young professionals.
What we liked the most
- The apartment has great amenities, such as an oven, washing machine, heating, and big flat screen television.
- All utilities, WiFi, and linens are included in the rent.
- Loreto is well connected and close to the city center, which you can reach in 10-15 minutes.
- The property is recently renovated, and much of it is brand new.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.
- A sofa has been added since we last visited this property.
