While the building is a historical one, you can catch an elevator to this 5th floor 1-bedroom penthouse apartment, which you’ll be thankful for if you have a lot of luggage! Not that you need much, because the apartment has everything you require. The front door opens into a cozy open-plan living and dining room. You won’t instantly notice the equipped kitchenette, because it’s well hidden by the interesting design. The open space is furnished with a 3-seat dining table, sofa bed and trendy chair. The bedroom and bathroom are just down the hall. What makes this penthouse special is that it has a small balcony to one side, and a wonderful terrace where you can sunbathe or have a dinner party at the 4-seat table.
Milan may be your oyster, but Pagano is your pearl. There are some hidden gems here, so it’s worth exploring when you have the time. At Santa Maria delle Grazie, just 10 minutes away, you can marvel at Leonardo Da Vinci’s famous painting “The Last Supper.” The nearby Sempione Park has a half dozen tourist sights, including the Sforza Castle. However, you can take a stroll, have a picnic or jog through Guido Vergani Park, which is 5 minutes away. There are small markets and supermarkets within a 10-minute walk, and you’ll find plenty of lovely local restaurants where you can dine before heading downtown or to the UCI cinema down the street.

- The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Pagano metro station, on Line 1, which can quickly take you to the center of Milan. This is also the location of a convenient bike-sharing station.
- Also within a 2-minute radius, you'll find two different bus stops. Pagano M1 serves route 61 and Via Guido d'Arezzo serves route 67.
- At Piazza della Conciliazione, in addition to the metro, you can catch the number 10 tram and the N6 night bus.
- It's only a 15-minute walk to the Cadorna railway station.
